I think the piece you are missing to this equation is the fact that all force users regardless of overall force strength have a proclivity towards certain force powers naturally & lacking towards other abilities. where to use other force abilities it might take them their entire life just to get their version of the force power to a serviceable level. That's why we see Jedi & Sith usually have a go to move. I assume that they were prob naturally gifted at that force power from the beginning & made it a staple of their repertoire.
In conclusion just cause baby yoda is good at force heal where Yoda & Darth couldn't use it. Maybe he is equally as inept at force "'seduction of a princess" like anakin or force "pretend like it wasnt you who farted" like master yoda
