6. I have lost my OK google and can't get it back again. I have followed all the instructions and it just says either no connection or it is turned off. Been trying for three days now to get it back. I reinstalled google Crome to no avail. I reset my settings and lost all my passwords and still unable to get my microphone to work, what is going on.
