i first heard this on a vanderbilt student radio channel in nashville,,,,i was blown away,,,,i never heard music like this before,,,,i was perplexed,,,,it opend a whole new chapter in my eclectic taste of music,,,,kraftwerk is awesome !
My Favorite album of all time maybe?
Thank you for uploading this, the 10 minute album is such a swell idea!
i might be young but i believe that there is crap music nowadays as well as good music too and same case was the 70's the also did have their crap (lets take aba for example, and gorillaz as a good modern band)
i do
right but kraftwerk was around in the seventies is what i meant, maybe not this particular song.
This. Is. Great.
All I can say is GOOD GOD! PURE SICKNESS!! Brings back so many memories especially #6 and 7!!
@4methyst It matters. Listen to the crap they put on the radio these days, it's good to see the young people listen to the actually GOOD music and ruining their style with these crap music like lil wayne, bieber, etc…
Wow, I was listening to 'Home Computer' right when I got this message xD
really fine piece of music
@SpeakerPolice This record sounds good on every system 😉 Greetings from Düsseldorf
THIS WAS MY CUT IN THE DAY …..BMX.
Im just 16 and I really like the music from the 70s – 80s! The real music, I dislike the crap music from nowadays..
i mean this was from the 70s let see what was going on musically in the 70s? stuff like aerosmith, zeppelin and all the a.m. radio one hit wonder classics. so yea, this was pretty ahead of its time.
The Masters !!!!!!
waow, the same year Ymo release the album BGM ^^ it was so advance too Kraftwerk was saw the future but some japanese band too XD also the two crazy guy from the swiss band Yelo.
"Kraftwerk saw the future" and they knew it was bland so they created this music to transcend time.
Kraftwerk saw the future.
I've been searching for this for years! (Home Computer) Thank You!
@sharki369 : That attitude is makes me cringe. "Back in my day we made music on synthesizers and improvised electronic drum pads. Now the kids just……….oh."
I'm 25. The music is still there, you just got look for it. Interwebs yo! Try Aphex Twin, AIR I dunno. New(ish) groups will never massage your nostalgia bone though.
I've just realised that The Cookie Crew sampled 'Numbers' for 'Gotta Keep On' in 1989, along with Edwin Star ' 25 Miles'!
6:30 coldplay inspiration 🙂 7:49 great sound for electro house producing or mix..
Yeeeeeah!
Old School techno…. still rolling.
this guys are the fucking greatest in tech music–hands down–
Que masa son estos tipos, me encanta!!!!
@MrBorrany1 one two three four five six seven eight………i highly agree with you. As a chiptune/8-bit musician, this group is one of my influences and one of my favorite bands.

Yes, Kraftwerk inspired Hip-hop, and the Numbers song would be the inspiration for Detroit Techno style. Also I recommend listen to Juan Atkins (Clear).

@MDJarv
I agree.
This album (and the others) sounds amazing under the influence of cannabis.
