  8. I would strongly warn against PureVPN. Their speeds are garbage, often cannot connect from China which is particularly tough to be fair, but they could not solve the issue for several months. Since I signed up for 5 year plan, I am screwed, tried to get my money back for unused time but they said it was beyond 90 days since I paid. Even when I long on now, the VPN is pretty much unusable in terms of speed. I am now on NordVPN, they also have their issues with connections from China but at least they work through the issue and provide a fix. Their app is not that great, the manual OpenVPN is the only reliable way I can connect from here.

  13. people stupped to use VPN if you download just use without VPN ,if they turn off you connection make them to turn back on.well i make them turn my connection back on over 8 time. any one can sit close to your house and use your connection to download or some virus or your children can download it .and you know in America you cant put your hand on them children so it hard to tell them to stop download .peopke cant sue you because they dont know who you are only cable company know you have that IP number and they cant give out your information.think about this if you found 50$ on street you just pick up and put in your pocket you not stealing .you just look up in internet and found some movie and you download it.that is not a big deal .even if you have problem got sue you maybe end up get to pay for that movie like 30$.
