  2. In your videos can you talk about intensity and weight. As in I don't want a thick back, I'm going for a super toned look like yours can you talk about the weight/intensity best to get results like yours.

  3. Agh wish I could do these! These are the days I wish I had money to go to a gym! My back is the hardest part to build and lean out because I'm so limited without weights and equipment. Hope to see some more home workouts! That would be so helpful!

  4. Love the new channel! I've been a fan of yours for ages and this is soo helpful. But the camera is moving constantly and it's a bit hard to concentrate. Could you also mention which muscles are engaging while doing the excercise so that i can be sure i'm doing it right?

  6. Hey Heidi, love your new channel! i try new exercises regularly, but it is hard to tell if i do it right, at first. Could you also include in the video which muscles should be engaged in the certain exercise, please? this could be done with photos or you can show us the one that should be targeted :)… thanks a lot

  7. I love this channel! just having a hard time with the camera moving all over the place! I love seeing the different angles but maybe move a tripod with the camera on it so it isnt so shakey? Thank you so much cant wait to see more!!
