3. The battle of asshole. Vladimir vs Singed. Both of them are annoying at max level. I played both of them like everyday back to 2014 because both of them can use the same rune page. Singed is a constant terror all the time while Vlad is a nightmare in late game. Trade earlier game with Singed? That Vlad must be crazy.

31. The counter to proxy Singed is Galio. Ignore his poison with W, poke him down, and lock him down with ult so your jungler can gank without wasting time chasing.

32. Bro u really need to toggle your Q on and off…
    The poison doesnt stack so once a unit is poisoned, u can toggle it off until poison is gone. That way u save alot of mana.
    Look at 3:14, u used all elixirs and still no mana after only 3 waves.
