Some of these cities are cheap, some affordable, and some relatively affordable if you know where to look, considering their iconic status! Where are you going first?
Dubrovnik :)))) …nobody at mojo evevr been to europe anyhow….prague is my favorite too, but Ljubljana realy should be on this list, in top5 even
Rome is not an affordable city in Europe I am Italian from Milan. Budapest used to be very affordable maybe 20 years ago. East Europe is still very affordable but not very East European country is
so basically is mostly Eastern Europe and some parts of Southern Europe..
Dubrovnik is not cheap at all….it's one of the most expensive cities i've been to. Try getting a hotel there between June and September and you likely won't find oe cheaper than $200! I also can't believe that Bucharest is not on the list. Bucharest is the most affordable city i've travelled to in Europe and the conversion from Euro or Dollar to Romanian Lei is really good
Here's a top 10 of ACTUALLY cheap cities worth visiting in ''Europe'' in no particular order….
10. Podgorica
9. Tirana/Durres
8. Varna
7. Prishtina
6. Yerevan
5. Kutaisi/Batumi
4. Odesa
3. Chisinau
2. Cluj-Napoca
1. Kosice
Some are as cheap as Cambodia and Vietnam. (Parts of Ukraine and Moldova, rural Georgia and some parts of Armenia)
Appreciate video content! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard about – Proutklarton Key Fuel Plan (just google it)? It is a good one of a kind guide for discovering a hidden Airline Loophole to get you thousand dollar flights for twenty without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy at very last got amazing results with it.
Minsk
Both Dubrovnik and Prague are bogus picks. Not only is Prague not cheap, it is overflowing with tourists to the point where it's no fun going there. Scams are rampant. If you must go, watch Honest Guides's video on how to avoid its many pitfalls.
cheapest legal weed is in the netherlands doe. weed maps is your friend.
KRAkow. Not CRACKow, plz.
It is Kyiv, not Kiev!
Dubrovnick?? Sant Petersbourg??
Dubrovnik? Affordable? I don't think so, man… especially after GOT being filmed there
Who the hell puts Belgrade in front of Sarajevo?
As someone from Budapest, I love seeing how high it ranked!
If you want some street food, you should try lángos (1000-2500 forints or 3-8 euros for a basic one) or kürtős kalács/chimney cake (500-1500 forints 1.5-5 euros)
Look out for restaurants that are close to tourist attractions, have an english or a basic/stereotypical hungarian name, just a few meals on the menu, the prices shouldn't be that much over 3000 forints in average
Meals usually cost about 1500-2500 but that really depends on what you're trying to eat
I have been to Rome around 28 times, I have lost count now. My first recommendation is to stay in a 3 Star hotel, because it’s €4 per night for Rome Tax, whereas a 4 Star will cost you €6 per night. Also take the TAM bus from the airport to the center of Rome, ( Termini Station ) a return ticket is only €9 , journey takes around 1 hour depending on traffic. Next Tip would be to buy bottled water from the Supermarket, €0.49 cents. From tourist shops water will cost you €1. 50 ..to €2 . Drink a coffee at the bar counter rather than sitting down , taking a table will definitely cost you more money. Eat at a Trattoria restaurant, you will mostly find Italians eating there and these restaurants are usually family run. To save even more money, just walk around the center of Rome , it’s totally free. TREVI Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and many open Piazzas. You can also drink free water from many water fountains dotted around Rome. Actually I am going to Rome next month 😀😀. March 2020. And by the way, I am living in Malta 🇲🇹. Malta also is pretty cheap to visit, cheap than Rome.
Why do you change your accent every time you say 'Dubrovnik'? Sounds weird
Tallin is incredible
I would love to travel to some of these countries one day. I can only dream
Bullcrap Rome is very expensive
Bratislava sucks.
Sadly Lisbon isn't wheelchairproof yet. Been there 3 years ago, and it was a real adventure with a group of 2 electric and 1 manual wheelchair. Nevertheless we've had a lot of fun tho. Maybe you could do once the most wheelchairproof cities of europe. 😊👍 Just an idea
Rome? Cheap? I don't know what the hell were you thinking when making this video, but Rome is not cheap! It is a beautiful, truly European city, but you will spend a fortune there (mostly on food and drink), just in a few days. If you want to go to Italy, there are some cheaper alternatives, and most of them are on the sea shore, so just look them up and save yourself some money.
All of east Europe is cheap, if you find the right locations
Prague and Budapest are two cities I've recently visited and I do agree that they're cheap especially because I live in an expensive city such as Frankfurt, Germany. While Prague is quickly becoming a European hot spot, Budapest is probably the most beautiful city and one that most people seem to forget exists but fall in love with it when they visit as I have and will find that you can do so much with less money than Western European cities!
Prague?
Can u do top 10 eu cities to live pls?
is thankfull to this channels that we have gentrification and massive explosion in tourists in our cities. they might be cheap now, and in 2 years it will be costy and unberable!!! for god sake, let cities breathe!!
Does anyone else enjoy a city day trip on your city break? I would recommend Edinburgh to Durham or San Sebastián to Vitoria.
