  2. Mr. Robot pushed Elliot out of the window to protect him. It was the first time Elliot noticed him, and that’s why Elliot remembered it as his father pushing him.

  4. Esmail pulled such a dick move, ruining the entire plot line "revealing" this nonsense with 3 episodes left. 👎

  5. The amazing thing about this episode to me is that I completely didn't see it coming. I mean, it's definitely not farfetched, but throughout the series we've seen several interactions with Elliot and his father. The worst thing he'd done, as far as we knew, was pushing his son out of the window after Elliot told his mother about the cancer. Of course, we later learn that Elliot wasn't actually pushed- he jumped. But by then we think we know enough about him and his dad not to expect it. That's how it was for me, anyway.

  8. Theory: The 3rd personality is the one that let Edward die and he's the one talking to Mr.Robot in the movie.

  9. I felt so sad and overwhelmed by this. Now I think that when Elliot tells Mr. Robot in season one that his dad was mad at him for telling his mom about the cancer and wouldn't talk to him again till he died. I think Elliot actually told his mom about the abuse. Distorted memories are common for Elliot

  10. I find Elliot having schizophrenia for the sake of the disease instead of trauma induced to be much more interesting. The latter annoys me.

  14. I still believe the third alter is Trentons Brother. In the episode he only really interacted with Elliot. He protected him from comitting suicide. He really wanted Elliot to take him to the movies. And he acted strange the whole episode. I think I'll rewatch the episode with the third alter in mind.

  16. I thought the revelation was that Darlene pushed Elliot out the window. Boy was I wrong.🤷🏿‍♂️😂

  17. This episode was incredibly done. The music and the fades in between scenes (looking forward to watching without commercials when I purchase)… the lightning, it was so melodramatic but serious, at times even comical. There were many lines of Veras I laughed out loud. Definitely had Tarantino esque’ atmosphere. The emotion at the end with Elliots revelation, however, had me tearing up, and I almost fell for Vera in his trauma bonding Art of Seduction at the end, and ended up being ok he got stabbed in the back. He would have been just another abuser in Elliots life.

  19. Vera's experience: That is exactly how you describe an Ayahuasca Session. Which leads to a spiritual awakening.

  21. Elliot was adopted. His biological father molested him. Edward only tried to help Elliot.

  22. Astounding ending. I was agape for minutes.

  23. Eliot will get rid of his goons by calling his free lance enforcer and do some cleanup work for him.
