  5. I notice that you are using a drive that already contains data – is this data lost in the backup process? I see you didn't select a destination folder for the backup file(s)?

  9. Does windows restore backup literally everything on your computer? Like your settings, preferences, application settings, fonts, my sony vegas pro render settings, ingame settings, etc. Does it make an exact copy of your current computer?

  14. Hello, I am running a new HP gaming PC with windows 10. I followed your instructions and when I get to "Select where you want to save your back up" and I select my empty 64GB USB, it says "A system image cannot be saved on this location" Other people may be able to access your back up from this location. When I click on "More information" it says " Scheduled back up of system image is not allowed on removable devices. You can try to save a single image on this device by clicking 'Create a System Image' in the Windows 7 File Recovery Control Panel. What now ???

  15. Hi There. While this is one way to back up the items, what is your take on doing an image of the computer? I have heard that doing an image for windows 10 ends up completing correctly, but when the image is used to try and restore the computer, it gets an error. Do you have a video/ suggestions on this please? Thanks 🙂

  20. You can not use a flash drive or CDs to backup, window will only allow you to use a hard drive. It is said by Microsoft on their supports pages.
