First conform that are these woman actually doctors or else ? in third world countries like afghanistan and pakistan including india and others people consider every one working in hospital as doctor even if she is LHV or other kind of paramedical technitions. As far as i think the woman shown here as doctor are actually paramedical staff and by no means a real medical doctor. A real medical doctor and espacially a female having got the most pretigeous of education ie medical education will never ever visit afghanistan. No family will never allow a female doctor of their family to go to afghanistan no matter how heavy they pay her.
