Don’t go to bed until you’re tired. Wait until you’re tired, go to bed and close your eyes then you’ll fall asleep. That’s how it is for me. Haha 🤣

1) Cold Room (18,3°C optimal)
2) Hot Shower/Bath before bed
3) No Clocks to stop calculations
4) Avoid Caffeine/Nicotine (Coffee, Cola, Tea, Chocolate(!), Cigarettes)
5) Not too hungry or full
6) Exercise
7) No Naps after 3pm
8) Relaxing 1h-Routine before bed
9) 30 mins sun/day
10) No screens during/after Nighttime-Routine
Navy Technique (fall asleep in 2mins)
1) Relax your body, breathe, focus on your face -> picture every muscle slowly relaxing while breathing out
2) Same with Shoulders, Arms, Forearm & Fingers, Chest & Legs, Feet
3) Clear your mind, enter a meditative state in which you let thoughts & emotions pass (Become a quiet observator)
– focus on a) breath in & out / b) nice warm place like hammock
– or think "don't think, don't think, don't think, don't think,…" for 10 seconds
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, KEEP TRYING FOR 1 WEEK EVERY NIGHT
Bonus:
• Fall asleep at the same time every day (Yes, also on the weekend) for your circadian rhythm.
not to sound like “one of those people” and this may be purely placebo, but i’ve been having a hard to sleeping due to my diet and i literally fell asleep in 15 minutes will trying this.
I wonder how i gonna survive this 7mins of falling asleep in 2mins.
Am I the only person who falls asleep within seconds???
