  18. i started meditating like he said for like 2 min and i realized. when im conecntrating on my breathing im concentrating on the now. Im not thinking about what if this would of happened or what if things could be like this. Im more relaxed like yea im going to study now like i shouldve been the whole time before i was day dreaming distracting myselif. lol. hope im not the only one.
