13. OMG!!! You SAVED me. I had been trying to put I Tunes on my new laptop Microsoft Store kept saying I owned it, was leaving computer on all night for the starting download. It would never download. Spent countless hours turning on and off firewalls, all kinds of things. This took less than 60 seconds and it's on my laptop! THANK YOU!!!
