  6. You NEVER need to put that much soy sauce in the pepper! Soy sauce is very salty (high sodium) and a little goes a very long ways! Some veggies have sodium in them, such as celery, which is high in sodium. We need salt in our bodies but too much is bad!
    (Why not put just a little soy sauce in the Greek yogurt, add some fine herbs and chives, maybe chopped pimento and use that as a dip.)
    You waste a lot of Kiki with that gadget, use a grapefruit spoon for easy scooping.
    And you waste apple making that cup unless the person eats it. Take that top and cut away the good, mix it with berries or grapes or mandarin oranges and put that in the cup!

Further, l absolutely abhor Waitrose who became extremely snobby which is ironic because they serve Tesco produce in different packages! If people are happy to get ripped off all well and good l think the'yre just gullible. I'll bet you the original owners Wait, Rose & Taylor are rolling in their graves! This had got so bad l used to go a little further on the tube and get real food at Fortnums for my dinner parties where l was sure of quality and had been shopping long before Waitrose spread their wings locally. Now, thankfully, l retired to North Cyprus where Supermarkets sell non-GM mostly organic (fresh) food which tastes spectacular the way food used to taste when l was a child. There is an amazing choice in the restaurants too serving Angus and KOBE beef! If you play in the Casino the food buffet actually free along with snack food at the Roulete wheel along with drinksxand smokes. I am in heaven now Waitrose was the purgatory l had to suffer first before l reached foodie 7th heaven. Incidentally the buggers overcharged me EVERY single visit. Then made me look like l was the problem! Think about it they do this to millions every single day its daylight robbery! And they get away with it.
