Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Milk 1 litres
Sugar to taste
Cardamom 1 tsp
Rose water 1/4 cup
Topping:
Qaimaq
Pistachio

برای 10 گیلاس قیماق چای
آب 5 گیلاس
چای سبز 1/2 گیلاس
جوش شیرین 1/2 قاشق چایخوری
شیر 1 لیتر
شکر به میزان لازم
هل 1 قاشق چایخوری
گلاب 1/4 فنجان
برای روی چای
قیماق سرد
پسته

الماء 5 أكواب
الشاي الأخضر 1/2 كوب
صودا الخبز 1/2 ملعقة شاي
الحليب 1 لتر
السكر حسب الذوق
الهيل 1 ملعقة صغيرة
ماء الورد 1/4 كوب
وتتصدر:
