It really doesn't matter which school you go to. Just choose whatever gives you the most financial freedom. From there, you can apply for and participate in awesome programs and conferences for free that give you even better experience.

The moment you put Harvard instead of Princeton/Cornell/Caltech in the top 10 CS departments is the moment you lost your legitimacy.
These QS ranking are based on international industry reputation which are biased towards some universities. Cornell has a much better Computer Science department than Harvard but its not even in the top 10

To be clear: UC Berkeley has two degrees in the realm of computer science: Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences(EECS) which you can tailor to focus more on CS and CS in the College of Letters & Sciences. EECS is much much more difficult to get into and its better to apply L&S CS if you're not interested in electrical engineering. There is no Computer Science stand-alone major in the engineering department of Berkeley.
