  25. Leipzig in Germany is soooo underrated aswell! Most people just know Dresden but Leipzig is growing pretty much faster and is not that „exclusive“ as Dresden, since Leipzig is very cheap. Its a mixture of world history, arts, students and has such an amazing spirit!
