8. For non comics readers: Cap gave up the mantle when he started disagreeing with government. A local tea party esque superhuman was drafted. He was brutal, but honorable. Think scarred Viet Nam vet. They fought. Cap is outmatched by Walker, but has more honor, resolve.Walker resigns, seeing who true Cap was. But, he was like the Punisher and Wolverine, killing often. Cap didn't accept that, donned new costume, which was black.

To be honest they should drop the whole captain America gig and let him be memorialized (in the MCU) and develop both the characters instead of freeloading off of the “Captain America” title I think these producers are just lazy as hell and don’t want to write their own story or heroes so they’ll just plagiarized a successful character in hopes they don’t have to put in any work

34. The fact that these shows on Disney + will be impacting the movie franchise has already taken away any interest I had left. Disney should have wrapped up everything except for Spiderman in Endgame.
